[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.4″ _module_preset=”default” text_orientation=”justified” global_colors_info=”{}”]The project aims to bring several heritage buildings up to standard and to enhance them. There are many issues at stake in this program: physically reuniting two schools that are part of the same complex around a single outdoor space for play, exchange and learning, proposing a new facility that is a signal for the city and finally enhancing the existing building. <\/p>\n

We wanted to go beyond the program of the new building (a volume mixing service rooms and a multipurpose room) to make it a gathering place and a landmark: the marquee, a building with a welcoming architecture that is an invitation to enter from the public space. <\/p>\n

The exterior spaces echo the existing architecture and the more contemporary architecture of the new volume, whose colors reveal and highlight the brick that is very present on the site.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.7″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”#207eaa” header_3_font=”|600|||||||” header_3_text_color=”#207eaa” header_3_font_size=”18px” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n
