Notre parti pris est de valoriser le b\u00e2timent existant en conservant la brique et en ajoutant des menuiseries ext\u00e9rieures en bois ; ainsi que de valoriser le patrimoine existant, par une op\u00e9ration avec une faible empreinte carbone, avec des mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9es, une menuiserie en bois, l&#8217;isolant m\u00e9tisse  et un renforcement de l&#8217;enveloppe thermique : cette reconversion de la structure existante permet de r\u00e9duire significativement la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
