Passive, the building is designed as a didactic tool, a practical guide to ecology for the city’s inhabitants. The wind turbine, the retention basin, the valleys, the solar panels, the compost, the wood boiler room, the green roof, the wood siding, the double flow, the wood frame, the Canadian well: all these elements are visible to the public.<\/p>\n
