The road depot building is monolithic and follows the North\/South direction of the surrounding parcels. Access to the building is from the north. It presents its smallest facade to the housing located on the other side of Chemin de Ch\u00e2tenay. The building is distributed by a central circulation along its entire length.<\/p>\n

It will be divided into three main parts. A heated part with, on the west side, the refectory and the offices of the assistants which will have a view on the classified wooded area, and on the east side, the workshop, the on-call room and the office of the team leader who will be able to observe the entry and the progress of the activities on the site; a frost-free part sheltering the garages for all the service vehicles and an unheated part including a covered way, a storage of beaconing material and a storage of salt. A covered passage between the garage and the storage area allows vehicles to drive around the building.<\/p>\n

The structure of the building is a steel post and beam structure. The roofing of the building is composed of a complex of vegetated roofing. The facade is made of white lacquered perforated metal sheeting with a colored rain screen behind. The degree of perforation is variable according to the graphic design of the fa\u00e7ade panels.<\/p>\n
