MUNICIPAL TECHNICAL CENTER

The CTM project is composed of two buildings: the first, facing south, is the public reception and administration building, the other includes workshops receiving zenithal light to the south and direct light to the east and west.

Passive, the building is designed as a didactic tool, a practical guide to ecology for the city’s inhabitants. The wind turbine, the retention basin, the valleys, the solar panels, the compost, the wood boiler room, the green roof, the wood siding, the double flow, the wood frame, the Canadian well: all these elements are visible to the public.

Through its performance, its geometry and its colors, the new MTA represents a sustainable and desirable development.
